If you’re looking for an early season training holiday and an excuse to get out of the UK then this camp is for you! Mallorca is well known as a fantastic cycling venue, with smooth roads and breathtaking views it really is a cycling paradise but theres a reason why some of the best multisport athletes in the world also train here!

Take this opportunity to explore the island on 2 feet as well as 2 wheels! Based in the Pollenca area you will have the opportunity to enjoy trail running, hill reps, track sessions and beach running sessions.

Each of you will receive a bespoke strength and conditioning session designed around your specific training needs as well as a 6 week strength training plan to take away.

Having competed as a duathlete at Age Group & Elite level I have vast amounts of training and racing experience to share with you including race day tactics, nutrition & all of the mistakes that I’ve made that you don’t have to!
