Mirroring our approach to fitness, our retreats are not about quick fixes, detoxing or being destroyed but more about a way of life.

For the fitness nut who loves mixing up their training or the fitness newbie who is just dipping their toe in the water, the Easter retreat is for YOU!

This mid week break is full of varied training set to test, educate and provide you with the knowledge and tools to enjoy a healthy and active lifestyle long after you have left the island!


Claire will lead you through multiple group training sessions each day including boxing, kettlebells, TRX, Core, Agility work and much, much more. Varied intensities throughout each session will mean you can work at a level that feels right for you. Our stretch and relaxation sessions provide you with some tlc and recovery time throughout your stay with us.

Outside of the training sessions you will have able free time to relax and unwind or to explore the local area and beaches either for some quiet alone time or with other members of the retreat. Your free time is just that, so spend it however you wish, remember this is a holiday too!


Our in house chef will be on hand to provide you with nutritious and well balanced meals throughout your stay at the Fitness Finca to ensure that you are well fuelled for the day’s activities.
