For the fitness fanatic who loves a challenge and enjoys mixing up their training! Get Fit with HIIT is the high intensity fitness retreat for YOU!
Your functional strength, cardio vascular endurance, agility, power and core control will be challenged and enhanced at our Get Fit with HIIT Retreat.
Our trainer will lead you through multiple high intensity group training sessions each day including boxing, kettlebells, TRX, SAQ, drills and much, much more. Short periods of rest will allow you to catch your breath and recover before we go again!
The group will be provided with 2 intensity options to enable you to pick the level that is right for you but there is no easy way through this week so get ready to dig deep!
Outside of the training sessions you will have time to relax and unwind or to explore the local area and beaches either for some quiet alone time or with other members of the retreat. Your free time is just that, so spend it however you wish.
Our in house chef will be on hand to provide you with nutritious and well balanced meals throughout your stay at the Fitness Finca to ensure that you are well fuelled for the day’s activities.
