Our Mallorca Running & Fitness Retreat offers you running, strength training, a holiday and a race! Choose from either the 10k, half marathon or full marathon in Palma on 14th October and enjoy a stress-free racing holiday.

We will do all of the heavy lifting & logistics for you, even looking after your bag while you race!

Airport and race day transfers are included in your package along with a scheduled trip to look at the course and collect your race number.

Monday 15th October

Training:

You will have 2 running sessions per full day, one being a slightly more relaxed and easier paced session, the other focusing on speed.

Your lunchtime sessions will focus on running specific strength exercises designed to enhance leg and core strength, improve power and aid injury prevention.

Free Time:

Outside of the training sessions, you will have time to relax and unwind or to explore the local area and beaches either for some quiet alone time or with other members of the retreat. Your free time is just that, so spend it however you wish.

Organised Trips: 

Our organised trips will highlight the top spots of the area, including the historic old towns, traditional shops, breathtaking beaches and local hikes.

Nutrition:

A traditional continental breakfast will be available, along with fruits and yoghurts.

A variety of nutritionally rich foods will be available for a self-catered lunch, meaning that you have the flexibility to eat as and when you want. This will include but is not limited to, pasta, rice, salads, vegetables, fruit, cheeses, meat, fish & bread.
