As a keen sportswoman, I have competed in a number of national and international events across a variety of disciplines. They key to my sporting success comes from a foundation built on strength and consistency.
Organised over a five to seven day period, these retreats are aimed any fitness level and offer a structured training camp with a group of between eight and twelve people. You will be based at the bottom of the Tramuntana mountains with the climbs of Sa Calobra and Puig Major just a short ride away and less than 10km away from Port Pollenca and the infamous lighthouse ride.
Your days will start with a buffet breakfast before heading out for the day. All of your rides will be led by a local guide to make sure that you see the best views and get the best coffee and cake!
Cycling specific core and stretching sessions will be available in the afternoon before a buffet style evening meal.
In your free time, you can explore the local town, enjoy coffee and cake on the square or lounge by the pool in the stunning Can Butxaca house.
Included in your visit is half board accommodation, airport transfers and breakfast. Flights are not included.
